Sorry guys, it`s a shame. This wave is not make for Koxa. What a mistake!!! it`s the most spectacular ride on a monster wave, one of the biggest ever, by Sebastian Steudtner in Portugal this year. That`s the truth.

This video probably doesn't do this wave any justice. However, I have a problem with these "Biggest wave" world record. It's hard to accurately measure a wave.
Wave can be big but sloping with very little part of it actually cresting and breaking up. The real bombs are the ones that crest for most of their height and that should be the standards. Steepness and thickness should determine biggest wave. "Gnarliest" if you wanna call it that.
Mavericks is probably the gnarliest surfing spot, followed by Maui. You take those "smaller" but scarier waves and compare them to say Belharra and those are gentle giants. I'd be way more comfortable being out in Belharra than Mavericks. Actually, I couldn't be paid enough to ride Mavericks.
