Our travel vlog concludes now on our 10 day trip to Tasmania for the Veterans Table Tennis Nationals!
The final video for this adventure. Now that the table tennis is over we can sneak in a couple more touristy things! First off, a boat cruise up the Tamar river and into Cataract Gorge – then time to check out an automobile museum before we fly home.

At first I only saw Christine's home affairs 👍🏻
Since your trip to Tasmania, I've really enjoyed visiting you 🤩
Hi guys😅launcestonian here! Im trying to pick where your accommodation was…could it have been in riverside? Really enjoyed your tour of tassie!❤
A great collection of cars for sure. I had a HK Monaro in the 70's. Maybe the FJ's are too rare and valuable for display now. 👍
Fascinating stuff! What a lush landscape! Surprisingly large and well endowed vehicle collection!
A shame the weather wasn't a little kinder for the cruise, but it was beautiful nonetheless.
Wonderful to see all the really old pre-plastic cars, just gorgeous! To be honest though, I wouldn't want to give up modern comfort for everyday use.
LS7 GM engine had 570 horse power and 540 foot pounds of torque. SS Camaro maybe canary yellow hard to tell from small phone screen
In one of the Cars movies, there is Uncle Toppolino in Italy. I liked the 1947 Packard (that's my year). Thanks for taking us along.
Thanks Chris, this has been a fun little series charting your visit to Tasmania and a good mix of landscape, history and attractions. The boat trip looked like the ideal way to view the gorge, amazing geology there, and the Car museum looked great too ! Thanks again for taking us along !
Devo eat your heart out! LOL Maybe someday I will get to the other side of the world and see this beautiful place, Thanka for sharing.
I'm not normally a car museum person, but you made those very fun and interesting!
Love the 'stang!
It's quite like the South West of England- with the names of things! Launceston is in Cornwall (but it's pronounced Lawnston), the Tamar river is between Devon and Cornwall, and Exeter is in Devon! (I'm sure there are others too!)
Ive done that cruise, in march, its beautiful. I love that tassie has kept so much history esp architectural. Done chairlift too, that cafe is amazing, what a view. Cheers lovelies
