Good Morning Young Groms,
Another best day ever, as we woke to a perfect peeling point break, no one out and frigid arctic temperatures. Today was about as good as it gets with light offshores winds, I got to paddle out as the dawn was slowly breaking. At this far a latitude we have accustomed to the low light levels. The sunrise comes slow over the mountains, and its as beautiful as it gets. The stillness, the 300 degrees of mountains, and the colors are what make this wave my favorite on planet. We got two sessions in this morning and the wave continued to pump. We decided to venture out and explore a new spot. Tune in and see how we did. Stay tuned for the next swell because the journey is just heating up!

4:04 lineup is getting busy! 3 peeps out! Yeewww! 6:53 lineup is getting crowded! Did I count 5 peeps out? 15:44 Ahhh…the Northern Lights! I haven't seen them in so long and I'm always looking for them but I'm just a little bit too far south where I live to get them very often…but I still look and I have a webpage that I go to to see what's going on with them it's: https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/
if you're interested. Cheers, John
Dude this is wild so sick
Insane landscape over there 🙌🏽 Worth the numb fingers, I'd say!
Damn that must have been tough leaving that wave. Hope you guys found another gem.🤙
This is serious fire!! What a special place to surf! Awesome POV vlog!!
Love the adventure! Seems a little similar to what we do in the winter chasing waves on the Great Lakes.
