Over the last few months I have been testing out a variety of methods to get the most out of these two assets:
1. In my gym workouts 🏋️♂️
2. In my rest & recovery 🧘♂️
3. In my filming, editing & publishing workflow 🎥
4. In my managerial career 🤝🏾
This is where I began to create and iterate on a system to achieve this goal.
Here’s what I created:
1. 1hr p/day in the gym to build my body & uplift my energy, then cold showers & refuel (in the morning) ✅
2. 1hr p/day for rest & recovery, walks, sunsets, downtime (in the evening) ✅
Benefits from these methods:
💻 Having the uplift of energy , I feel fresh & able to do multiple hours creating content, thus I get more work done ✅
🌅 Having the rest & recovery I’m able to declutter the mind, and reset to go again in the morning ✅
This creates a strong consistency loop 🔁 🔥
Great for long term gains 🎉🙏🏽
🤝🏾 Also having the energy, rest & recovery im more mindful & clear headed with making important decisions at work, thus advancing my skills & abilities ✅
Now this is where it becomes to get really fun, is experimenting with quantities of time & different levels of energy ✨💯
