Arc de Triomphe jump at the Paris casino in Las Vegas was a unique stunt. Almost all motorcycle-based stunts are distance jumps, usually jumping over something or a variety of things (oftentimes cars, in the Knievel days). But rarely is it jumping off of something. Robbie launched a huge jump on to the top of the Arc (modeled after the real one in France) at the Paris Casino in Sin City, but that was the easy part. He then turned around and jumped off, dropping about 10 stories and almost overshooting the landing completely. Luckily, he saved it, because that one would not have felt too good. He later said, “”I don’t care if you offered me $10 million, I wouldn’t do it again.””

Robbir Maddison did this first like 15 yrs ago after he jumped the Arc de Triomphe in Vagas Paris, 100ft up to the top then jumped back off and landed it near perfect.❤ 🇦🇺
The vertical height of the jump gave him enough time to scrub most of his forward momentum making the landing relatively soft and easy. The jump back down onto the steep ramp are where the cojones are most prominent.
Everyone saying the step up is the scariest part clearly didn't watch the jump down
