C'mon Occy, how many great waves have you had in your life? No need to ruin someone else's wave and fun. You seem oblivious to the reputation for being a drop in hog.
Every time I see this happen or read comments about Occy fading everyday surfers I make a mental note to boycott the Billabong / JS section of the surf shop — only last week some wobbly superbank goofy snake with a Huey’s logo put me off that brand for life. Refuse to support any company with surfers on their payroll who behave in this arrogant antisocial elitist way. Consumers (consisting of the average surfer in the lineup) pay Occy’s salary, and he shows his appreciation by dropping in on the wave you work all week for. Truly bizarre when a public persona with an identity so closely linked to a company which relies on public goodwill and sales openly shits on their own customer base. Really simple: Don’t like pro’s who fade your friends and fellow surfers? Vote with your wallet
