One hour drive from Adelaide, in Fleurieu peninsula, Newland Head Conservation Park contains 2 famous beaches of South Australia – Waitpinga and Parsons beach. We visited the beach on a weekend. The beach is accessible through a 15 minutes walk down through wooden stairs. Strong current made swimming difficult but good for surfing. The beach is absolutely stunning during sunset.
