the left side of my brain watches the beauty of the big waves and admires the skill and nerve of the people doing the surfing and support crews. the right side of my brain laughs at the hypocrisy of these people. if you sit and talk to any of them, they will almost always have a very strong environmentalist stance on greenhouse gasses. yet they travel the world chasing these big waves and the jet skis use so much gas to support them, all of which increases greenhouse gas emissions that they are so against. just a bunch of hypocrites that think they are OK and everyone else needs to change.
Fantastic footage! My husband and I honeymooned at Nazare 1 week before you filmed and the waves were only 3 meters. Amazing how mother nature changes in a week! We love watching the surfers and support teams; we marvel at their bravery! Prayers for your safety and future adventures! obrigado e deus abençoe! 🏄♀🏄🏄♂
