Rainforest Island Australia (Golden-Crowned snake, Brown Tree snake, Small-Eyed snake, Coastal Carpet python, Stevens Banded snake, Blind snake, Bandy-Bandy, Death Adder)
"Envenomated".
I love it 😂😂
Why are humans so focused on preservation? The planet has been changing since it was a planet. Stop trying to keep it static. Species come and go. The climate freezes and melts. Just stop freaking out. Yes, humans will also go extinct. Boohoo
The caudal luring is pretty astonishing.
Snakes do not ‘attack’ people. They bite when they feel threatened, mostly when surprised somehow
All snakes are amazing, its humans that cause harm not venomous snakes.
🐍😍WOW! Bothrops Insularis (Golden Lancehead) are so pretty
LordMiles went here for a few hours and was fine
Lord Miles disagrees . . . He was literally there
Wait, we've got an "allegedly" and it's not Casual Criminalist? Feels weird lol
I still don’t think I shall be visiting.
With the decrease of birds causing decrease in snakes, why are we getting involved. That’s nature shit does of they end then they end. This also doesn’t have the bullshit excuse of balancing things out.they are in an island with only birds. Fuck em we have no business getting incolved
I'm sure that there are people in the world who – against all common sense, good judgment, and self-preservation – keep "hot" (venomous) snakes in their personal collections and have paid literal tens of thousands of US dollars to obtain a golden lancehead or two, regardless of laws and bylaws, CITES restrictions, etc. I have loads of respect for those who keep hot snakes for the purpose of milking them for their venom, as there is a terrible shortage of antivenin worldwide, and those who research snakes, but I have no respect for people who keep and breed hot snakes for the pet trade. Yes, there are some hot snakes I would certainly like to have, but it's too much of a risk. I'll stick with ball pythons, corn snakes, hognose (which are rear-fanged, meaning they have to "chew" on you to release their venom, and the venom is extremely mild) and garter snakes (which are also venomous, but not to humans, as their little teeth can't even break the skin).
Who would want a Golden Lancet? Florida Man!
Wow heard of the place but never saw the snakes. They're beautiful
What a beautiful snake. I hope he won’t be wiped out.
Why with all the AI art? There are plenty of real photos of the Golden Lancehead. Islands tend to warrant that an animal have every trick up its sleeve to absolutely ensure it gets its prey. Birds are the main visitors to said island here. Over the years evolution has seen it so that their venom is extremely potent. The snakes cannot risk the bird being bitten but still have the energy to fly away. So the snakes venture to the edge of tree limbs and extend their bodies outward a bit, looking like a part of the tree. Bird flys by, bam! It’s a successful ploy, and the snakes continue to breed more and more potentially even more venomous snakes in the future.
all snakes have hemipenes it's just what they have

"Queimade Grande Developpements" Real Estate at Dumping Prices… 😁
Yeah. Read th damn title use proper grammar. Out.
Bio-pirates= cartels getting their exotic animal fix. I've seen a few videos of them using exotic animals as means to an end, wink wink. Also a Brazilian island the gov say stay away from screams to the criminal underworld. Seems like the most plausible cause of Bio-pirates. Lol.
awesome, thx for the video.
How many fucking channels do you have dame
Why does this have so many side angle shots? I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m not here to see the side of Simon’s head.
@8:03… that and the fact snakes are deaf…
Ah, the serpents kiss. That reminds me, I must call my mother in law.
So who is volunteering as tribute for science?
I’m gonna make this comment because I don’t know why people care – I’m fine with the AI Art personally. Just check it to make sure it doesn’t have obvious issues, but who really cares? Seriously, who cares? It doesn’t impact the details of the video and the true content. I don’t care if he uses AI. I would too.
A.I art = down vote
What’s up with the realistic AI images being used?
another fucking channel?
Where do you get the 430 square kilometers the entire island is only 43 hectares lol
There's also a Snake Island in the Philippines and a Snake Island in Australia. Different types of Snakes of course.
“…bad trouble Bothrops…”
I wonder if the Butantam Institute got the same ammount of finantial support, what mezmerizing things it would be able to produce. I live close to the Island and is very special to see it being featured in your video. Thanks for this incredible video.
great
How many channels does Simon have now?
My youtube Subs are basically 25% Simon.
Starfishes love islands
Lord Miles would like to have a word with doubters
Just when I thought I was following all your channels… Boom … this one pops up!
Biopiracy is a huge problem here in Brazil.
Yes a new simon channel 🎉
Snake Island is just a name…. It’s actually a peninsula……
Please don’t use AI generated art so much. All the ai generated images of the snake are not what it looks like. It may not matter to you, but it severely limits your ability to provide accurate information.
as an aussie, if rents cheap… im down
I want to see the cool snakes
